Audience: Training designed for Business Owners and/or Managers.

  • how to improve work practices most simply and effectively – while also considering wellbeing.

Bespoke services that guide you through the following:

  1. Group Training sessions for management and/or owners within your company to understand concepts and principles and the use of technology (6-8 hours)
  2. Individual workshops to delve into specific areas uncovered (6-8 hours)
  3. Homework that is set between sessions (client led 8-10 hours)
  4. One on One Support as you implement the practical learnings. (4-6 hours)

Timing: scheduled over a 4-week period to keep the momentum and ensure solid outcomes are achieved. It may take more or less time depending on where the business is at in their journey.

Training delivery: hybrid of in-person and online (via Teams or Zoom). Approach is dependant on timing and location, confirmed on onset of engagement.
