Personal Account

I have a personal account and I will use that to take part in the course.

We will be using Microsoft Teams to communicate, aswell as to store relevant resources and any coursework we give out.  We will invite you to join a Team – you will receive an email to your personal email address with a link to ‘Open Microsoft Teams’. 

In order to access the Team, you will need to switch organisations to ShareThePoint Ltd (Guest). 

Open a web browser, go to https://teams.live.com/ and enter your login details. Click on your profile picture / initials in the top right and select ShareThePoint Ltd (Guest) from the list.

NB: the first time you switch organisations, you may be asked to accept the invitation.

If you click on the ‘Open Microsoft Teams’ link in the invitation email, you will be switched into the ShareThePoint (Guest) organisation automatically.  You can check if you’re in the ShareThePoint Ltd (Guest) organisation if it appears next to your profile picture / initials:

Once you’re in, click on Teams in the left hand panel and you’ll see the Productivity Powerhouse Programme Team.  There’s a Welcome post waiting there for you… please add a reply so we know you have made it in successfully!

You will receive a meeting invitation for the online sessions.  Before you click on the join link, please switch over to the ShareThePoint Ltd (Guest) environment so you will have access to the Team during the call.
