The Digital Workplace Awards acknowledge and celebrate outstanding achievements by individuals and organisations who have brought about significant change, innovation, or impact in the digital workplace.

These awards are to honour the efforts of both New Zealand and Australian people and companies by bringing their stories of digital transformation to the community where we can celebrate and learn from their accomplishments.

Award Categories

Recognising Organisational Change

Whether your company has 10 people or 10,000, this award recognises the digital transformation that has occurred in the last 6-18 month period. It’s focused on organisation-level adoption of digital technologies to drive efficiency, accessibility, scalability, and / or user experience. This award is also aimed at commending the most ground-breaking digital solution to shake up the establishment. Maybe it’s a product, a process, or a continuous improvement initiative that has caused extreme transformation.

If you’ve got an example of a digital innovation that has drastically altered the way things operate – let’s get it recognised! We’re looking for organisations who have made radical change, revolutionised processes, or that have metamorphosised into a digital butterfly!

This award will also look at projects that have focused on “Changing the World – Recognising Community Good“. This celebrates transformational projects that have purpose beyond just profit. Shining the spotlight on champions of change that drive more diverse, purposeful and socially responsible outcomes.

Recognising Product Innovation

This category is for participating exhibitors of the event who will showcase a product or solution that demonstrates digital transformation. Four finalists will be chosen. They’ll be under pressure to wow us (in only 5 minutes!) with their innovation – votes will be taken from conference attendees to arrive at a winner.

Recognising Most Awesome Individual

Acknowledging the Digital Workplace unsung hero: a person who has driven digital transformation in their organisation, motivated others to adopt new technology, been an outstanding technological evangelist, or transformed both personally and professionally throughout the year.

The judges will be choosing the finalists. At the Awards Night, from the pool of finalists, the winner will be announced based on a Peoples Choice vote.

Anyone who feels they have contributed to Digital Transformation at their organisation.

Companies, Individuals, Partner with your Consulting Company or go it alone.

You can nominate yourself! Or your company!

A consulting services or product vendor can also submit on a company’s behalf, but they need to have obtained the permission of the company they are submitting for. There is a field for this in the submission – so be sure you do that first.

Yes – in the form – you can select your submission to be entered in multiple categories OR you can submit several entries for different types of achievements.

Anyone – you don’t have to be coming to the conference or be a nominee. This is a celebration – so bring your whole team or gather some colleagues and make a night of it. It will be fun! A chance to relax and connect and learn about achievements and recognise effort.

Let’s enjoy a little glam if you want to! Anything goes, of course. If you have something you seldom wear and want to, by all means dust it off, or treat yourself to something new.
