This is an awesome little Office 365 App, that I bet many don’t know about! This little gem – Find Time by Microsoft, for Outlook is so simple, and will increase your productivity no end. Schedule time across companies, and let it do the work!

1. Get the Add-in

2. Create your poll

It is great your can do this from a calendar invitation, a new email, or a reply to an email. Add recipients, and select time options, and adjust settings.

3. Select your preferences

Everyone gets to add their preferences, propose a new time and show what is definitely in or out! It also displays simply for you when you are personally free or busy at the times on offer.

4. The organiser gets the update on votes

5. Meeting Invite Sent!

It automatically sends an invite, if a consensus is reached
